The last date that an objection can be made to the court case.

Credit to Tymoon22 in post# 63273:

Updated court docket stated:
Friday, February 15, 2019

Notice Of Withdrawal from Case and Request to Stop Electronic Notice Fri 3:29 PM

Notice of Withdrawal from Case and Request to Stop Electronic Notice Filed by Jason Ward Johnson on behalf of Attorney Jason Ward Johnson. (Johnson, Jason)

Pretty much the attorney representing the creditors has resolved all issues pertaining to the creditors. Since they have no further objections to the reorganization plan they have fully been paid & the plan is fully consummated.

So the court has entered a final decree to close the case. In the motion of a final decree two weeks will be given to parties who object to the reorganization plan to make their case, 3 days extra for those who use US Mail.

So the dates for closure unless an objection is made are February 27th and March 4th(if served by mail)

There has been plenty of time for anyone who was in disagreement to have brought that up during the court hearings. No one did.

However, when you petition the court to close out a case. The Court will always say, "as long as no one object within __ days, this case will be closed without any further hearing.

So, either on the 27th or the Monday of the 4th...I would expect that this is closed out and the company can go about performing it's business plan.
