yep something just like that..doesn't matter how big as long as there is no big dilution to come following...we are likely to see some dilution yes..but if its kept at a reasonable amount and and this ball gets rolling...some were making crazy comparisons to tillray..well our share structure will be super tight.
You just don't know. Depends if they want to wipe out all old shareholders. The risk here is the designation of preferred stocks that are convertible into commons. If they do want to wipe out old shareholders this will happen: a massive split and after that they convert the preferred shares. I've seen that a lot. Not saying they'll do it, but you have to be aware of the risk. I guess they will release an 8k where all will be clarified.
