a/s change i think..it's posted as an amendment not an action...referring to the previos split and a/s change not an action and actual split...just an a/s raise or a/s lowering? is that right?

Thank you for this. The timing is VERY VERY SUSPECT.

Stock manipulation is a real thing and is a two way street.

Who again identifies all the "Fraudulent Activity" in the OTC?

And just to be clear, PIVN was the ONLY OTC, as of today at 12:12, that filed a "Reverse Stock Split amendment filed at the NV SOS"? If not, why the alert here and no where else?

This all looks a little strange with credibility being questioned.

Guess I was right about that reverse split. Hope the heads up helped some people get out early before the even lower prices today.
