'suissac' Because Penny stocks are governed under much less strict rules than Big Board stocks{ie. NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.}, the majority of "questionable practices" is found within the "Grey Market"{ie. Pink Sheets, OTC, etc.}. Therefore, it's not whether they will commit fraud & utilize questionable practices, but rather to what extent. GL Play it as you see it
