That's fine. I don't think he meant it as anything other than a way to obtain information. Personally, I had never looked into this. They go by province for their SEC type organizations. I was under the impression that you can just request info beside filing a complaint. Don't know much more than that. All it really is is the facts of the interview mixed with one man's opinion.
