My point is the "fluff rah rah" news not showing up as usual could mean they are done diluting for the moment. If they are using the other 5 billion only with long term financing, that is a good thing and this WILL eventually move up again.

Only time will tell...

I've got a lot invested in this, so I sure hope it's going to move in 2019!
