Very much looking like the FDA and XXII are connected at the hip. Safeguarding the health of the population via stricter tobacco and vaping regulations as well as the grave opiate epidemic. Both have been nonexistent within the jurisdiction of the FDA.
Again why has corporate XXII NOT Taken their VLN TOBACCO Off shore? The onus falls on XXII Corporate. If you have a winner in VLN TOBACCO TAKE IT GLOBALLY !
Now that the gross incompetence of the FDA has come to the forefront via this Sunday's 60 minute disclosure something has to be done. Maybe FDA Commisioner the good Doc Gotobelieve's days are numbered before he is canned.
Hopefully, because imo he has been grossly incompetent in heading up a Federal Agency that is charged with protecting the health of the population of the United States.
