Yes over at least 30 years. Since the period is not specified or weighed along the years the $1 billion is insignificant except to suggest something that is not. Now if it said Rotman's had $1 Billion in sales I the last 10 years and spell out the sales per year that would be something else. If it also provided the profits along with the sales that would be even better.
How rich are they? No one knows. They can buy shares but the buyback is by VYST isn't it and VYST has no money per the 10-Q. Please show me where VYST has money to purchase shares. Last we heard VYST hasn't even been given the go ahead to repurchase even if they had money.
