Martygx, thanks for the thoughtful reply. As I've said many times here, the cognitive dissonance generated by this investment is quite strong. On the one hand, the science is incredibly compelling and the potential markets quite ripe. On the other, the stock trades at $0.50, the company raises money at far lower than that (didn't check your math, but I agree conceptually), and management has appeared, at times, to be ineffective.
Your Medarex example is the reason I stay invested here (very).
I am willing to swing for the fences and miss on this one, knowing what the potential is based on science/markets, in order to avoid a situation where I get called out looking on strikes instead.
Obviously, reasonable people can differ in their approach.
