IMO,the AIM2CERV is in play for partnership,per the term sheet comment Ken made.Adxs`s best bet now is to get it passed by FDA,and sign the partnership agreement with whoever`s waiting in the wings for it. Hopefully BMY. Adxs was probably stalling dealing with this,with the FDA,until the proxy was passed because they`d have to pr it when it`s done,and they probably wanted to save that news for the potential reverse.
