Link? You know that anyone can sue anyone, right? Just because a lawsuit was filed, it doesn't mean EMA a strong case. On the contrary, they likely have no case at all and is buying time to cover their short position. Their loan was paid in full. How does that happen unless they agreed to the terms? :-D
and I say The Rotman’s are completely honoring the terms of the convertible note issued to EMA. This means they are following their contract to a tee. It will benefit VYST; to what extent is unknown.
