Mueller, IMO, is involved in the cover up! Just take a look at what he is supposedly investigating. RUSSIAN COLLUSION dunt dunt duuuuun! One of the two candidates has received 145 million dollars from Russia. And one of the candidates does not appear to be under investigation for Russian collusion. One of the candidates worked with Kremlin assets to introduce an "insurance policy" executed by Trump hating, Hillary fearing FBI and DOJ operatives. IT'S AS OBVIOUS AS THAT, IN THEIR OWN WORDS (the rest of which was deleted by Mueller. A tactic effectively used by HC with here top secret personal server, and B O's IRS.) And people are purposefully keeping their head buried in the sand about these Justice obstructing tactics, just to defend their TDS political motives.
