VYST with NO DILUTION and an action against EMA means we should see .20 to .30 soon. VYST has so much news coming and Wall Street covering us starting in early March is pure gold for shareholders IMO. EMA would be wise in the days and weeks ahead of the hearing to cover those massive shorts IMO. EMA is a fraud. Look at all lawsuits it has. Here is one:

spudge, now with this VYST situation...

EMA has "unknowingly" forced an accounting of transactions for past inventory to take place with their VYST transactions. EMA were the ones who will be proven to have not been genuine.

They should have just accepted the $80,000 cash with the interest to pay of the note. They have no idea what they have done... but they will.
