Delaware law explains how they can be merged. While it is speculative that he will do it, that is not a fantasy. Unless you think that hes just having them turn into LLCs for no reason, common sense tells you what he plans to do. To convert them to LLC's also costs money so I doubt he would do it just for fun. Common sense seems hard to come by these days but it does still exist.
