I believe it was done on purpose because EMA was trying to slip one past the goalie. Just think, if it was sent to the wrong VYST address, then they could have gotten the judge to hurry up and sign off on things without the facts coming out while claiming that VYST was properly notified when they were not.
Now... the facts are coming! They really should have stood down.
