Agreed Okshakla, just once it would be nice to engage in honest/genuine debate without all the hogwash constantly be thrown against the wall right lol.
EMA is suing VYST for approx. 20M shares...so that works out to be about $1.2M worth of stock at the current share price levels since it was just filed this week...and anyone with half a brain need only look at the original face value of their note in VYST's last quarterly financials to see that the original note was only for $80K, and EMA was already converting and selling dilutive shares way back then...so another typical braindead frivolous EMA lawsuit that VYST will easily get tossed!
