Correct the company already paid off 1 note in cash before it came due and was planning on doing the same with the last 2 notes. Just last minute filings to make sure they get their money in time IMO. Looking forward to DEBT PAID OFF in full news ahead. They told us 3 weeks after they paid off the first note so I am not sure if we will hear about it immediately! Everything is good!

No-they don't want cash - they want stock. I am looking at the court records right now.
