Of course the value doesn't change at the time of the RS.

Not everyone who owns shares are current averaging the same value at what it is now. I am close to 1$ a share. For me I'll have to spend a lot more money to average down after the reverse split because the number of shares I own is now cut and the cost to buy more shares is that much more. How does this not make sense.
