In phase-3, interferon will probably be started one week before NM283 because this has helped to reduce the side effects in phase-2b.
However, I do not expect the NM283 phase-3 trials to have an extended period of NM283 monotherapy similar to what some of the VX-950 trials have done because NM283 is probably not a strong enough viral inhibitor by itself to warrant such a design.
