Yes, but ADXS would have to agree with it. I’ve wondered if ADXS used that as an opportunity to get concessions from Amgen in exchange for its agreement to add another BP to the partnership.

I don't think Amgen actually wants to get into the highly crowded CPI field, now that there 6 approved drugs in the space.

They've made it pretty clear that they're more interested in the development of bispecific antibodies, an area they are leading in.
