That was not big volume. This is very very thin with no trading volume at all. You have seen that KK documented that the shares currently available for trading (OS count) are 20 million. I suspect that more than 10 million of those are in the hands of people that understand the real play here and are not moving their shares.
Now several IFs, IF the filings are brought up to date and IF this results in greater accessibility for GERS' shares (more brokerages allowing trading), what do you think could happen to a stock this thin IF, as we suspect, the Federal Circuit validates GERS' patents and the impact that will have on the entire industry?
That is why the whales here are not watching pocket change transactions -- they mean nothing at all. The people who really understand what is at play know the signals to look for, and the current PPS performance or volume are not among them.
