Same thing on sleeping on the back...could never do it until getting latex mattress.
Oh, check out the other brand pillows, what happens to them after a year or so... they start to fall apart and discolor from impurities and the proteins..these are Beauty Rest pillows. I updated my review on Amazon with the pics and pointed everyone to Vytex
