Funny everyone talks about P&D's and promoting and scam companies but really that's what they want, they simply want constant PR's with buzz words to pump the price so they can flip.
So if a company doesn't release fluff PR's then people get pissed, if the company puts out fluffy PR's then they are a scam. Can't have it both ways.
An 8k is not something that can be rushed or pushed out the door, for this type of merger a SEC 8k with proforma audited numbers is a massive document and undertaking especially for a company that is previously not a SEC reporting entity such as Rotman's furniture.
Not sure what you really want to hear from the company at this point. Share buyback has been approved and announced, company will not say anything further, they will simply start buying shares, not sure why anyone expects a play by play PR on them buying shares as thats not how it works. Not sure why anyone would expect a PR of "we are working on the 8k" it will be released when its finished, what is the point in that.
this is a SEC reporting company, we have all the info that we currently need to see the potential, you either want to see it all play out or you don;t but the OTC mentality of constantly needing your hand held with news is comical
