NRZ gets marked down $0.50 on ex-dividend day and on average gradually recovers in the weeks and months thereafter.

Well it does drop the day it goes ex divy. But I found it comes right back over time. It is a solid yield play, and I strongly believe the yield is very safe. Time will tell. Will continue to stay long NRZ and will buy more on weakness. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
