Really? You think OTC Markets has any control over authorizing/managing/distributing all the companies shares that are listed on OTCM? WOW!
How about OTC Markets has NO CONTROL over the shares. They post data that they are given. Share structures displayed are information from quarterly filings, T/A(transfer agent) updates and notifications directly from the company.
As for the INACCURATE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED CURRENTLY DISPLAYED THERE, they haven't been told about the increase as seen in the SHARE REGISTRATION which is with the state of Nevada. See the links that have been provided FOR YEARS!
