Really?? Can you show me any financials where VYST has 38 million in revenues? Looking at their last 10-Q I did not find that to be the case.

This is one of the reasons Rotmans Furniture decided to go public and move to the Nasdaq through VYST. Not only does Vystar have several large companies but Rotmans already has the revenues to get us to the big boards. Their competitors in the mattress industry alone are at $55.00, $65.00 and $77.00. I post that DD almost daily. Doing the Nasdaq move through their other company VYST and simply up listing is far cheaper than a IPO. IPO's are extremely expensive.

VYST vs Wayfair vs Bassett Furniture; Compare & Contrast...

Since you asked and for inquiring minds, Rotmans Furniture is needed here with VYST because Rotmans is the vehicle that will be used to put out in front to get VYST to the NASDAQ.

Again, since you asked, here are two furniture companies to "Compare & Contrast" with VYST with their upcoming acquisition of Rotmans Furniture. I will first "Compare & Contrast" to Wayfair (W) which trades on the NYSE at $122.00+ per share then I will "Compare & Contrast" to Bassett Furniture (BSET) which trades on the NASDAQ at $18.00+ per share. After each comparison, I will share my summary of thoughts as to why I think VYST is a better investment.

VYST vs Wayfair vs Bassett Furniture; Compare & Contrast...

After each comparison, I will share my summary of thoughts as to why I think VYST is a better investment.

VYST vs Wayfair***Compare & Contrast

** VYST trades at .074+ per share.
** Wayfair trades at $122.00+ per share.

** VYST trades on the OTC Markets with a goal to trade on NASDAQ.
** Wayfair trades on the NYSE (ticker = W).

** VYST has a 19% Net Profit Margin.
** Wayfair has a -6.98% Net Profit Margin

** VYST will have $7,220,000 Net Income + $31,319,398 Tax NOL
** Wayfair has -$433,010,000 Net Income + $0 Tax NOL

** VYST Revenues = $38 Million
** Wayfair Revenues = $6.2 Billion

** VYST EBITDA = $18,240,000
** Wayfair EBITDA = -$334,050,000

VYST vs Bassett Furniture***Compare & Contrast

** VYST trades at .074+ per share.
** Bassett Furniture trades at $18.00+ per share.

** VYST trades on the OTC Markets with a goal to trade on NASDAQ.
** Bassett Furniture trades on the NASDAQ (ticker = BSET).

** VYST has a 19% Net Profit Margin.
** Bassett Furniture has a 1.80% Net Profit Margin

** VYST will have $7,220,000 Net Income + $31,319,398 Tax NOL
** Bassett Furniture has $8,220,000 Net Income + $0 Tax NOL

** VYST Revenues = $38 Million
** Bassett Furniture Revenues = $456.86 Million

** VYST EBITDA = $18,240,000
** Bassett Furniture EBITDA = $27,330,000

In summary, Wayfair and Bassett Furniture are both over saturated in my opinion to where they are locked into the Laws of Diminishing Returns as their growth is so slow that it's virtually stagnant. This is why personally I like VYST more as an investment as compared to most major market stocks. In short, there is far more room for growth with VYST as an investment than there is with Wayfair and Bassett Furniture in my opinion. Yes, there is greater risk with VYST, but there is also more room for greater rewards. Please, everyone should do their own research or due diligence (DD) and make their own decision. I've already made mines.
