Yes...but it is making a statement about CCAA directly which I quoted...specificly the issue of claims priority.

Many here have suggested that CCAA has some magical ability to put equity claims ahead of debt claims because it is clear the debt claims of BioAmber have not and will not be satisfied.

I was merely pointing out that is not the case.
