CCAA does not allow equity interests to take a priority claim to debt claims.

The CCAA now contains provisions to make it clear that the claims of persons relating to an equity interest ranks subordinate to debt claims

I understand you still haven't provided a link where it states the common shares won't be cancelled.

I do find it amusing that PCW contacted FINRA and informed them the preferred and common shares would have no value. If the common shares weren't going to be canceled PCW wouldn't have contacted FINRA.

Ignoring the facts won't make them go away.
