Is this supposed to be material? MMEX-scam's ownership of a 126-acre plot in Pecos County is not material.

The patch of desert was acquired for $10, "and other consideration" - warrants on nearly worthless MMEX-scam stock. It transferred a tax liability and burden from its former owners to MMEX-scam.

As a reminder, MMEX-scam failed to execute on the second portion of the land transaction, because the property owners were wise enough not to accept warrants on worthless MMEX-scam stock as consideration - MMEX-scam failed to raise project financing, and was unable to complete the purchase for the remaining acreage .

Only the MMEX STRONG are gullible enough to be distracted by a worthless patch of land and a flagpole.

.....BREAKING MMEX NEWS

Lookie Lookie..

Imagine that.... THEY OWN THE PROPERTY

Come on MMEX and March madness

CJ, why do you think Jack would actually purchase land?

Pretty elaborate scam he has going on.

Btw, I’ll keep my post short. I know you wouldn’t waste time reading a long, drawn out article.
