EDDIE and Sears common stock are not going anywhere, but straight up in value once some details are announced.

Plus he also has the best of the best at this type thing, WEIL Gotchell and Mangus(SP), the very same group that orchestrated this sort of thing in WAMU!
Where as to date we hold 6.5 bill in NOLs, and once we exit BK the IRS will then issue an opinion letter informing us if there are additional NOL's to our avail.

What is your view on the warrants ? Same story on Lampert/ESL ownership, and they actually help in the case of them controlling 73% of the OS.
