karl, i am bullish on PAOG, i voiced one (very narrow) criticism, re: telling us what you're going to do before you do it.

a series of shockingly-good reveals builds a great stock chart, and it sounds like that's exactly what's in the pipeline.

The beauty of the plan is that we have the chance to do both Well and Good.

Well by reaping the profitable rewards of a well conceived, competently executed, transparently communicated strategy in the right place at the right time, led by someone with vision, connections and integrity.

Good by providing viable relief alternatives to a huge population suffering from both their pain and, maybe worse, the devastating consequences of opioid addiction.

Good afternoon, hope this day has you in good health and high spirits.....as you look toward growing PAOG into the successful endeavor you envisage.

I do have a question, albeit minor in the overall scheme of things.

To recap....in the PR from 1/10/19, it was stated that:

"PAO Group, Inc. (OTC: PAOG), a physicians practice management company focused on the proper use of cannabis for treatment of chronic pain, opioid addictions, and terminal patients, is pleased to announce that it has completed the process of transferring all existing corporate assets to"......a separate entity.

Following that, around 1/29/19, several revisions were made to the PAO Group website. However, the "CLINICS" tab linking to the AMCA website still remains.......which is a major portion of the transferred assets. Is this an oversight or intentional? At the least it is misleading, in my opinion.

The first quarterly report under your leadership is due by 5/15 and it would be great to see you and your team buck the trend set by your predecessors and meet or beat that date.

PS. How about a tab on the website for "High End Products LLC" Apparel.....sell a few reasonably priced shirts and hats (with free shipping for Michigan orders, lol) to get that nice Logo and name out to the public.

Believe me, I read these boards intermittently, and I have a team of people monitoring for me. I've done my best to be 100% transparent with my plans for PAOG, and I'm all about the "underpromise and overdeliver" - I just believe in keeping our shareholders informed along the way. For those saying I don't have CEO experience and didn't do much for VMR and the acquisition, you need to understand that I was responsible for most of the revenue ever generated for VMR, since its inception. Where they spent the money, and how the company wound up in debt, was not my department. I personally generated $100M+ in revenue. Period.

Regarding PAOG, and my plans to dominate the Michigan cannabis market, I've done my best to give you all the roadmap for where we are headed.
I'm keeping alot of surprises up my sleeve regarding our MI cannabis company, because I'm excited to unveil the big surprise to shareholders. When the time is right. But I'm not letting the cat out of the bag yet. Stay tuned.

But when it comes to PAOG, and where I plan to take it, just remember...
