Yes, JPM bought the servicing rights, and the ownership belongs to the investors who did buy those loans, and those investors aren't us.

It was rumored for a long time that JPM cherry picked the good mortgage loans and left out the bad ones. But bad in 2008 may be good today, and it is speculated that WMILT waited until last year to start to sell them.

But don't get too excited because hundreds of billions of loan assets may be worth only a few billions because loans have liability. COOP paid next to nothing to buy tens of billions of loans.

Also, I am interested to know if you have received any reply for your letter? Tuesday is 10 business days deadline for the discovery.
