Agree with u jb. This could've been put in place as a deterrent? While the institutional investor had their time to review all supporting documents.

The audited Financials here are very impressive, especially for a pink caliber OTC . Ceo seems to be a top-notch on many aspects. I would like to see him make the necessary changes and do whats best for investors and the company..

They have to do what's best for the company in order to get it to the OTCQB.
Why are so many people having a cow over the SS, wouldn't the value be the same?
They are not taking away anything from us as shareholders.
We need to focus on "value", the value remains the same.

Too many people are afraid of change and sometimes it's what's best for us.
Let's not fight the fight, they know what they are doing here.

They are making money, growing year over and profitable while doing so.
As the company grows, so will the value of our stock price.
