19.17M-1 x 89.26M-2 now. It seems ACTL will crash back to 0 x 0.0001 again very soon based on the current very weak bids support! Hopefully in the near future some strong hands or big investors would place 100M or more shares at the Bottom 0.0001 since it is very easy for this hidden gem to surge back to 0.0012 again!
