What does 3 years ago mean to us now or in 1 year from now? Can’t they reapply to FINRA again? Or is is once denied always denied? Your implication is that because they were denied 3 years ago they can’t apply again, I hope that is true . They can appeal a decision which they didn’t. Also , it doesn’t bode well that they attempted a reverse split in the first place but that was before Acqua Cannabis so RimRock is in a much better situation now. Also, I didn’t know I had to do my DD by researching information every time a simple question pops into my mind while reading these posts. I figured someone here had an answer and possibly wouldn’t mind sharing.
