like i said, pure speculation. nothing anywhere stating cancellation. nothing in any pwc doc, nothing in any pacer doc. nothing anywhere. fantasy at its finest.

If someone is expecting to see a reference to “cancellation” in that document, they won’t. The cancellation is a byproduct of the conclusion of the proceedings in the US. It’s the last thing that happens.

It is the conclusion of the CCAA proceedings in CANADA.

BioAmber INC, the US entity is not bankrupt and only under the CCAA proceedings to facilitate the sale of the us assets...

The reason why people are still buying shares, it hasn't dropped to $0.00001 and Institutions and KEY STAKEHOLDERS who were consulted during the second SISP while negotiating a deal with the purchaser(s) are still reporting holdings is because shares are not being cancelled!
