Specifically,SGMD PR'd April 2018 would be first full month of BizRight revenue recognition..Jimmy needs to be transparent with what is going on.

"BZRTH is a sister company of BizRight, LLC. During December of 2017, Sugarmade and BizRight signed a Master Marketing Agreement where BizRight's products would be sold by Sugarmade. We recently modified that agreement to include BZRTH. Our exercise of our option to fully acquire these businesses will allow us to now realize full revenue recognition, boosting our top line growth rate very significantly."

Like I said Im not disagreeing with you.. But you are living in the past and not reading the present.. that from the last PR. Note that they have said they have FULLY acquired these businesses (BizRight, BZRTH llc). If you read the 8k regarding the issue with Bizright revs youll see they mention the excersing the option with Bizright to rectify the situation.

"The Company is now taking steps to rectify the situation relative to BizRight revenue recognition through increased testing of revenue parameters and via the final issuance of shares owed to the owners of BizRight, in accordance with the Agreement. Additionally, the Company is exploring the exercise of the clause in the Agreement to purchase all of the outstanding shares of BizRight. These actions are likely to allow the Company full revenue recognition under the terms of the Agreement."

From the 8k regarding the revs. I mean its all be reported with the SEC so its legit as it can be.
