Good thing is, theres nothing bad u can dig up on this ticker. Great ceo, great company fresh to the open market. Those who bring up the r/s have no real clue of a healthy company doing a real, restructuring. The only reason why the r/s was voted was to prevent a takeover of a multimillion dollar company. Clear as day. Which is still 30 days out. A s1 hasn't even been filed yet. Which is our first step of restructuring. A/S increase. Plenty of time to watch this run to copper. Ignore the noise. They want cheap shares.
