Evaluate MMEX-scam's consolidated financials, and you'll find that the Refinery Start Up costs, to which all expenditures accrue, is less than $800K, cumulative, over the life of MMEX-scam.

Anyone who can read a financial statement will immediately find the "investor pitch" filled with similar lies and misinformation.

$5,000,000 of the equity component already contributed by MMEX. I think that's pretty huge. Our money has not been spent in vane.
