Yeah, RXMD was busy getting its financial house in order with third-party-audited financials. That's how they were able to move from the Pink sheets (OTC-Pink Limited, in fact) to OTC-QB. NASDAQ will come in due time.
Your argument that RXMD sucks because it didn't go straight from OTC-Pink Limited to NASDAQ is a specious one.
