Dr John...Some posters think that the patent on the ssDNA-Deivery system as an antibiotic will be financially more impt than the Herpes simplex Rx. I think either one will be a monster cash-wise and medically earth shaking. Wouldn't it be horrible science fiction if a species of bacteria became resisitant to the ssDNA Rx. Can't think of that but resistant bacteria to conventional antibiotics is a present event. So CYGX product is just in time and more than impt.
What did you think about that breaking CNN news on Herpes simplex not being just a minor irritation but instead the Herpes virus gets into the pulmonary system causing hypertension. I "googled" it and found that indeed a number of papers have been written on it but haven't found anything on the cardiac effects or more interesting time factors on the incidence of Herpes infections and the mid-20th century increase of coronary disease. There could be a relationship which would make Herpes viral infections much more significant. If the Herpes virus seeds the pulmonary system, why would it not seed the coronaries insulting the intima linings of the heart arteries? Interesting stuff!! and big things for "our" company.
