Lev 2 is actually troubling. It looks like one or two sources are pushing this up again through a fairly large ask wall. I expect another pump and dump situation to be honest.
The Rotmans can end this nonsense by releasing the 8k, the form 4s that never came, and starting the buyback (which also never materialized so far).
