The threat of delisting (and eventual delisting) reminds me of an abusive relationship. “Why did you vote no? See what you caused? Now we’re delisted because you voted no” is equivalent to an abuser saying “You made me beat you”
The truth is HMNY poorly (criminally?) managed the last r/s, and the shareholders have no confidence in their ability to manage another one. Yes, there will be more dilution especially here on the OTC, however, there is a finite amount in the a/s and at sub penny they’ll burn through it in short order. Another no vote will inevitably drive them to make a more concerted effort to appease the shareholders by coming up with a strategy which will actually produce a return on investment rather than the current strategy of reverse to dilute ad infinitum
Even the threat of bankruptcy is no real threat as it will (hopefully) lead to a restructuring and ousting of the current board, and may produce a lifeline to shareholders seeking a return
