This is the 3rd time I voted "No" for a R/S. This PIECE of garbage scammer Ted always says it's a one time deal, but keeps forcing R/S after R/S. If this one goes through, it will be the 3rd one within a one year period that he will shove down investors throats. Why hasn't the SEC close this garbage stock down?
