It seems pretty clear that Steve Rotman is using the furniture business to help grow VYST. He runs both operations, and evidentially sees a lot more potential in VYST. I am waiting to see if he actually does the merger, as it is one hell of a gift to VYST shareholders. I am sure he worked out the share structure to never lose control of VYST, and will make a lot more money than sitting pat with the furniture business.
A more accurate statement is: Vystar Corp. - Bill's vision (video) - is to forge the world of [Vystar] latex in numerous products that could one day produce a Billion $s in revenue. He gave a number of examples of products that could have [Vystar] laytex involved - products used around the world.
