Correct no “transaction” has yet occurred... none “anticipated”... transaction... the act of buying or selling ... the shares ... they go on to say no net realizable value for creditors... key word “net”... creditors are owed money that they would like to receive.. do they also expect to make a profit on that money? Or would they be okay with getting back just what they are currently owed? Why just “no net realizable value for creditors”? Does not believe equity claims hold value from the CCAA... these are questions both sides should want to figure out...
