What was the point of all the ballyhoo about a merger with West Mountain??

I'm really ticked off. Unless CytoBioscience in Germany is going to stand this up as a real Company, I just don't see where this company is going. Am I dreaming or will this become a legitimate scientific equipment company eventually??
