hmmm lets see...maybe when derek petersons wife first sold her free shares @ over $1.20 which equals 18 dollars a share at current conversion...that might of been a good indication of bad things to come...sir you are in a company that's diluting the share price on every move they make...this stock has been a short position traders dream...investors here can only hope friends and family of the insiders aren't shorting this too...
