Welcome to the board mc. Qs have been released on time Q4/annual report should come out soon, 3 year audit being done that also should be released soon. Audit will prove intent to uplist to OTCQB and show transparency. Zero debt news should also be coming soon. Convertible debt is or is almost eliminated. Q3 showed consistent profit plus $850,000 cash in the bank leading to acquiring mainstream financing for future acquisitions. No other stock on the OTC has these kind of positive things in there favor. ACGX is the most undervalued stock on the OTC.
