To be fair, these guys are simply construction attorneys who are playing way ~OUTTside their league in securities law and corporate (mis)governance/malfeasance.

And, of course, CONvictEd has much more experience being represented by criminal defense lawyers, so he lacks the knowledge of how to select appropriate business legal counsel - in this case those who specialize in securities law (and of which there are many excellent ones in the nearby Bay Area who would rep Sacto companies).
